Conduit is an iterative project based in supporting victim survivors of domestic abuse and family violence.
It involves the production and release of handmade collectible objects, which are made from a material that suspends crushed up reclaim from demolished homes in stoneware clay.
They are sold as sets comprising 4 randomised pieces from each series, many of which feature unique or rare details.
Each purchase directs 90% of revenue toward a non-profit organisation assisting those affected by this urgent and pervasive frontier of violence.
A sample series and the video above are currently part of the touring exhibition SIXTY: The Journal of Australian Ceramics 60th Anniversary 1962–2022, which is hosted by the Australian Design Centre in partnership with the Australian Ceramics Association.
